Window Cleaning Startup - Assistant Director of Sales


Position: Assistant Director of Sales

As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and establish a strong presence in the market.


Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop sales strategies, identify target markets, and determine effective approaches to reach potential customers.
  2. Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and online research.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers, property managers, real estate agents, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the company's network and enhance sales opportunities.
  4. Sales Presentations: Assist in delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our window cleaning services, highlighting key features, benefits, and differentiators.
  5. Sales Team Support: Provide support and guidance to the sales team by assisting in training, sales collateral development, and sharing best practices to enhance their sales effectiveness.
  6. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to the Director of Sales, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  7. Customer Relationship Management: Utilize a CRM system to manage customer interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
  8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify new market opportunities and ensure the company remains at the forefront of the window cleaning industry.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align strategies, ensure seamless customer experiences, and optimize sales processes.


Requirements:

  1. Entrepreneurial Drive: A strong passion for entrepreneurship, demonstrated by a proactive and self-motivated approach to business development.
  2. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in the window cleaning industry or related field is a plus.
  3. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  5. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Customer-Focused: Genuine interest in understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive sales objectives.
  8. Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation for occasional travel within the assigned territory.
