Seeking a Full Time Director of Human Resources

Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration.

Ensure the company's recordkeeping and information systems meet the Department of Labor, IRS, and other audit requirements.

Direct the administration of benefit programs to include health, retirement, death, disability, and unemployment.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs.

Oversee management of HRIS system, including leaves of absence, benefits invoice reconciliations, and rollout of other platforms not currently being used.

In partnership with Benefit/HRIS Manager and Finance, review and approve all benefits Form 5500s for submission to appropriate federal/state agencies.

Minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of human resource management experience required. Experience in a nonprofit setting preferred.

Work with Benefits/HRIS Manager, 401k plan administrator, and broker to ensure compliance.

Provide support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management process.

Contribute expertise to the development and delivery of performance management policies and procedures.

Collaborate with Coach Education to coordinate coach training within the region

Oversee the delivery of the Nexus curriculum to ensure commonality of language and coaching philosophy aligned in the USA Way.

Implement and oversee format and delivery of the regional selection camp to ensure the established selection process is followed.

Organize with the National Office Staff to secure coach assessors and ensure all are following standardized selection criterium.

Organize equipment for training weekends and selection camp as distributed by presenting sponsor and/or national office.

Performs all contracted duties as assigned

Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.

Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.

Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.

Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment; issues receipts to customers.

Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.

Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Prior experience or ability to use heavy-duty handheld and long-handled tools

6 + months of experience working on a rig based position for drilling contractor

Lift and place slips weighing approximately 150 pounds with another person frequently during the tour work shift

General upkeep of the rig and drilling floor; includes regular sweeping, shoveling, cleaning, painting, washing of equipment and related housekeeping duties

Use iron roughneck, slips, and tongs to properly handle and connect / break sections of drill pipe

Must have native-level proficiency in Spanish.

Must be able to go into the NYC office four times a week.

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

15+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

o Laying the groundwork for HR technology improvement and Human Capital Management score boarding and metrics deliverables.

o Developing and maintaining an employment value proposition which translates into eye catching, outstanding employment marketing collateral.

o Establishing and standardizing annual goal planning and performance review processes.

o Maintaining and improving policies and procedures in the employee handbook.

Experience with insurance management and final decision making (Medical/ACA, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD insurance, ancillary benefits, etc.)

Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize a must

Extensive experience in strategic planning & Human Resources Management

Manage the Human Resources including training, performance evaluations, recruitment, terminations, recognition programs, benefits administration, workers' compensation, safety department administration oversight, etc.

Proficient in project & budget management

Experience with HR/PR responsibilities for multiple work sites at a time

You have completed of an approved nurse aide training program, with current certification required from the State of Michigan

Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures that are compliant with California employment law and regulations.

Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and workers' compensation.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SHRM SCP certification preferred.

A current license to practice as an RN in Michigan; current CPR certification.
