We are one of the fastest growing and exciting agencies working in marketing and we have an exciting opportunity for modern PR experts as our Senior Vice President of PR (Health) to join our Earned Activation team. The imre Earned team is a fast growing practice with ambItious, self-driven problem solvers who have a mastery of the earned media landscape. They are creative and passionate individuals who share a mutual calling to improve the way brands tell stories to media that reach a brand’s target audiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong, confident leadership style, deep expertise in modern PR and a thirst to break the PR model and bring to life “firsts” for our clients.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Participate in new business pitches across the agency
• Lead growing PR team of experts helping to provide strategic counsel across healthcare and pharma client work
• Contribute to new POVs and services under the Earned team (working closely with Practice Lead to bring these POVs and services to market)
• Provide ad hoc counsel to clients as needed (crisis Comms, cultural/social conversations, etc.)
• Nurture and grow existing PR AOR pharma clients and deliver best in class PR programs
• Collaboration with Influencer Lead on Earned team to lead team and develop programs together
• Orchestrate yearly planning cycles on PR accounts with integrated team, providing PR vision for team to ideate and activate around
• Manage monthly staffing for Health PR team (in collaboration with Client Experience team members)

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field

14+ years of PR experience

• Proven track record being a confident leader; able to nurture and grow junior team members skills set
• Proven growth track record with PR health clients
• Collaborative and integrated - understands other marketing disciplines and how to work with those teams
• Experience in new business pitches
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Deep experience across healthcare and pharma categories - able to flex PR strategy across various disease states and across HCP and DTC.
• Tapped into industry trends and cultural - able to apply the outside world in for clients

Salary:

$180-215,000/year
