We are seeking an experienced Senior Director / VP to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and develop relationships with our key clients, including affiliate networks and merchants in the e-commerce, travel, and financial industries. This role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of successful team management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retail industry and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Act as a key liaison with each network, encompassing Network Quality, Finance, Pub Dev and Client Success.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.
- Develop and execute account management strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify potential new clients and develop strategies to win their business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, networks and leading affiliate agencies.
- Proactively escalate and expedite the resolution of critical issues that pose obstacles to the seamless operations of 55Haitao Group properties, networks, affiliate agencies and advertisers. Effectively drive these challenges towards timely solution, ensuring uninterrupted business performance.
- Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to account management team members.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the retail industry and trends.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different functions and cultures.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of account managers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, networks, leading affiliate agencies and internal teams.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience working with key accounts.
