Starcom/Publicis Groupe is now searching for a Senior Vice President, Director, Global Media and Innovation Lead for a high profile global financial services account. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive and innovative leader who is highly astute in the intersection of media, technology, and cultural insights to innovate media strategies and practices across several global regions.

The Senior Vice President, Director, Global Media and Innovation Lead is a key leader in delivering key global initiatives that support marketing worldwide and a key partner to the Global client. This person will also be the “right hand” to the Global Client Lead helping to guide the vision, culture and objectives for the team, and deliver success across the relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and leverage PMX media partnerships to the full advantage of the account. Inspire and hold Regional and local media teams to do the same.
- Network management and media operations, most notably with 5 regional leads in NYC, Mexico City, London, Dubai, and Singapore
- LEAD global campaign strategies in conjunction with other agency partners inside and outside of Publicis (e.g W&K, Vayner) for major global briefs such as the upcoming 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, Paris 2024 Olympics
- Regularly assess and optimize operating models in collaboration with the Global Client Lead.
- Drive Media-fueled Groupe growth globally with a focus on data and technology, and modernizing partnerships.
- Responsible for Publicis Groupe/Starcom media delivery across 5 regions and 100+ active markets
- Provide ongoing innovation and modernization to the client's approach to paid media and marketing, in line with the vision of of the CMO. Author POVs and reports on emerging topics for CMO and CEO level discussion.
- Develop deep, trusted relationships with global organization including media, brand, sourcing/procurement, data etc, sponsorships and communications.
- “Hands-on” delivery of the scope of work with Starcom New York that is funded by the Global Content Enablement and Distribution team: Thought Leadership, Strategic initiatives and ad hoc council to Senior clients including Global Head of Content and Distribution and Global CMO.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of team management and client management experience
- Is a proven Marketer beyond media, with an understanding the importance and strategic value of consultative capabilities and delivery with excellence (Media, Creative, DBT, Data etc).
- Operational ability to build the right team structures and operating models to deliver across all client assignments
- Experienced media leader with 12+ years of related experience and a proven track record of building credible and meaningful partnerships with C-Suite clients
- Comfortable navigating complex structures and thrives with a degree of ambiguity
Additional information
All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Range: $167,000 - $273,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
