The ideal candidate

• You have already identified one or more specialist areas (whether services, skills or sectors) that you can ‘own’ and drive internally, as well as having begun to be famous for them externally through your own networks, activities and memberships.

• You have the ability to take on agency-wide responsibilities beyond accounts and are now focused on growing the business exponentially.

• You have the ability to create longevity with clients through sound counsel and relationship building and are an expert at navigating client relationships successfully.

• You are an experienced and accomplished leader of teams and communications programs, equally comfortable counseling C-level clients or junior team members.

• You have a proven ability for setting teams up for success, supporting their development and bringing them an understanding of Clarity programs, ie. Now Near Next and other growth frameworks that build long-term relationships with clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Senior Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the agency and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Leadership: Provide strong and visionary leadership to inspire and motivate a talented team of communication professionals. Foster a culture of creativity, teamwork, and professional development.

Client Management: Oversee key client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding communication strategies that exceed expectations.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop innovative communication strategies that align with clients' objectives and deliver tangible results.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong partnerships and expanding the agency's client portfolio.

Financial Management: Manage budgeting and financial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability and resource allocation efficiency.

Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of innovation.

Salary range

New York: $165,000 - £205,000
