Impact You’ll Make
Estée Lauder Companies Online (ELC Online) seeks a leader of Ecommerce Operations. The Vice President, Ecommerce Operations will ensure a high-touch end-to-end Customer Experience through seamless fulfillment operations. This position will drive logistical and operational components for Ecommerce, a critical business channel for ELC. This position will also help drive platform modernization and automation efforts. Collaboration will be at the heart of this role, as this leader will partner with Regional/Global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive Online Fulfillment Operations initiatives aligned with Online strategy, directly impacting how beauty consumers discover, engage, and shop with our Brands.
What You’ll Do
 

• You will ensure business continuity and Disaster Recovery protocols are maintained with regular testing
• You will lead high-priority fulfillment projects including new markets and new fulfiller functionality
• You will activate High Velocity Shopping moments through excellence in execution in partnership with cross functional teams
• You oversee documentation of operational improvements with measured results, creation and upkeep of localized requirements, schematics, and specifications.
• You will oversee development and maintenance of integration specifications for new markets based on local relevancy, in partnership with Product and Regional Production teams.
• You will lead cross-regional teams and serve as mentor to the Operations team to ensure ongoing high-touch consumer experiences are optimized
• You will establish clear escalation procedures and vehicles for communication among all groups as well as drive continuous improvement via creation and tracking of OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
• You will accelerate modernization and automation efforts from an Operations standpoint and create and maintain customized consoles, tools, and alerts for monitoring
• You will oversee Infrastructure and Operational team initiatives aligned with ELC Online strategic goals

Qualifications
Who You Are 
You have 12+ years' experience managing and/or directing Business, Technology Operations and/or Engineering teams
You have 8 years of ecommerce operations experience
You bring experience with technology modernization and automation
You have extensive experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
You have knowledge of HTML, SFTP, SQL, Flash, content and data management tools, and database systems
You have demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to apply technology solutions to business challenges
You are adept at working in matrixed organizations, collaborating, and influencing across business units and functions
 
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $204,000 to $348,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with a possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
