Position Overview: We are in search of a talented and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our operations team and drive the continued success of our New York, USA market. This role offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from your preferred location within New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Foster strong client relationships and partnerships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to ensure efficient service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Continuously improve operational processes and workflows to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive synergies across the organization.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, landscaping, security guarding, cleaning services, pest control, and HVAC services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in senior operational roles within the facilities management industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
