About The Role
The business is growing rapidly and, and we are looking for a SVP - Sales to build the sales and account management teams, drive revenue and forge lasting relationships with brands and agencies.
This person will be reporting to the CEO/Global Growth Officer, working closely with the wider leadership team to deliver against key revenue targets, business growth and advertiser retention KPIs. They will also be tasked with scaling the business in the US, and building a team as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities:
- Define a strategy to increase sales across all sales channels
- Establish new business and deliver against all sales KPIs
- Own and deliver against revenue targets
- Drive strong sales discipline and build KPIs focused on brand growth and the social and environmental impact of brand campaigns
- Oversee and monitor campaign performance, react fast when campaigns are underperforming and develop strategies with your team to improve it.
- Drive a culture of inclusion.
- Work with the marketing teams to create sales and marketing assets to educate clients based on their business goals.
- Build and manage a sales and account management team
- Provide clear reporting and communications to both brands and internally
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree, preferably in media, marketing, advertising or related field
- 15 years of commercial media and leadership experience
- You have a proven ability to manage tight deadlines and organize multiple priorities
- Hands-on experience in the media/digital sector
- You are resourceful, effective and efficient
- Exemplary attention to detail a desire to stand out professionally
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
