Senior Vice President, Client Services, Medical Education ($240K Base)

My client, a global medical communications agency, are seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Services to support the existing team with strategy as business grows, participate in organic growth, lead high preforming teams, develop and manage strategic plans and be responsible for the financial health of assigned account(s).

THE ROLE:

• Responsible for P&L targets met through existing and expansion business opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with creative and medical, working to tight deadlines and producing high quality work
• Develop and manage strategic plans with client(s) and partner to identify long term goals and objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, assigning growth plans and targets to team members
• Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement
• Assist with staffing needs within the account team and help with growth

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent pitch skills
• Over 10 years' progressive client services experience in a medical communications agency setting (leadership and senior management responsibilities for at least 3 plus years)
• Travel up to 25% (remote role)
• Bachelor’s degree required (ideally in science or communications)
• Excellent client-facing, verbal and written communication skills
