About The Position


With the launch of G-P Meridian Suite, the first fully customizable SaaS-based global employment product suite, we are expanding our services beyond the Employer of Record to include support, advice, and execution to companies seeking to setup, manage, and operate their global entities via our network of world-wide HR, Legal and Tax experts. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to support the execution of a new business line that complements our Meridian suite modules for customers seeking to setup and operate their global entities through G-P.


As the Vice President, Global Expansion Advisory Services, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team focused on the strategy and execution of international expansion growth of our global customers, a new line of business for G-P. We are seeking a VP of Global Expansion Advisory Services to support our customers and partners with a range of cross-border services to companies doing business internationally. G-P provides a single source for the implementation and ongoing management of international subsidiaries and other entities, including set-up, payroll, accounting, tax compliance, legal, mobility, M&A consulting, compensation and benefits, and other advisory and HR localization services. G-P expands the capabilities of our customers’ management team, allowing our customers to work strategically rather than operationally while mitigating risk.


This is a critical, strategic role within the company, and will report directly to the COO.


What you can expect to do:


  • The VP of Global Expansion Advisory Services manages a team of professionals responsible for delivering advisory services to clients. This includes setting performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring the team is delivering high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, legal, and finance to ensure alignment on global expansion strategies and to ensure the company is well-positioned to deliver services to clients.
  • This leader will be responsible for managing a team of Advisory Associates and Advisory specialists who will provide support to customers in setting up and operating global entities. The team will be responsible for coordinating with local service providers, managing legal and tax compliance, and ensuring seamless operational execution.
  • Lead a global team responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, including developing a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth: The VP of Global Expansion Advisory Services is responsible for driving revenue growth for the company's international expansion advisory services. This includes developing new business opportunities, cross-selling services to existing clients, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's offerings.
  • Lead a global team responsible for providing advisory services to customers seeking to expand their operations globally. This includes advising customers on market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, and cultural considerations.
  • The VP of Global Expansion Advisory Services stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to global expansion. This includes attending conferences, networking with peers, and conducting research.


What we are looking for:


  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience in global entity setup and operations preferred
  • Consulting skills and experience preferred 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, customers, and partners
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that drive business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Willingness to travel as needed


Compensation

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $240,000.00 to $300,000.00. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
