POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the day-to-day operations and strategic objectives of BPC’s talent initiatives. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist meets with members at all levels of the organization to identify and promote open positions, source and identify candidates, and push employer branding initiatives.

• Administers the recruitment and hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed performance goals and expectations
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Enhances and maintains the Applicant Tracking System and works with the HRIS system.
• Understanding of FLSA classification and compensation structures
• Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer skills
• Adheres to retention initiatives, HRIS Administration and employment recordkeeping, ensuring compliance, data integrity and information security
• Phone Screens candidates for all assigned positions
• Ability to accomplish assigned projects utilizing effective communication (written and verbal), project management, time management and collaboration skills
• Excellent interpersonal/collaborative, facilitation/presentation, and influencing/negotiation skills
• Assess FLSA status based on DOL standards
• Bachelor's degree preferred, additional relevant experience can be substituted
• Leads social media recruitment activities by joining and interacting with local community groups and job boards, to promote open positions and foster engagement and referrals.
• Strong ability to work well in a variety of team environments
• Creates job descriptions from scratch
• Actively works to secure a viable talent pool, promotes employer branding and career events, and works closely with TAM to develop talent pipelines.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned
• Five (5)+ years of combined experience recruiting within an agency and corporate environment
• Experience with social media recruitment, creating job postings, candidate screening, candidate onboarding, behavioral based interviewing techniques
• Experience building job description from scratch with various types of roles
• Ensures all new hire onboarding documents are completed in a timely manner and compliant based on current employment regulations
• Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of HR department and services performed
• Attends interviews with hiring managers to ensure cultural match, qualifications and career direction.
• Participates in other HR functions as a part of a team
• Experience working within an applicant tracking software (iCIMS preferred)
• Creates various types of offer letters based on different employment classifications
• Sets up New hire training classes, runs background checks, process adverse action as necessary.
• Spanish bilingual (written/verbal)
• Analyze compensation structures

Pay Range: $26.00 - $32.00/hour based on experience
