Job Description
SUMMARY: Provides clerical support to one or more of the functional areas within Human Resources. Process employment transactions, benefit information, pay change information and other confidential transactions. Assists with benefit enrollment/re-enrollment, new employee orientation and other HR functions as needed.


Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent; OR advanced degree


Required Experience: Recent clerical experience; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience that include demonstrated skills of problem solving; exceptional customer skills and ability to work with precision on detailed and complex processes. Needs to maintain a high level of confidentiality.


Preferred Experience: Previous payroll, human resources experience/education, and experience with FMLA


Preferred Education Training: Bachelor's degree in HR


Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: SHRM accreditation
