Job Description

A industry leading solar company is currently rapidly expanding its sales team and we are seeking an HR/Talent Acquisition Assistant to aid in the surge of onboarding over the remainder of the year.


This is a fully remote role, w2 contract, starting asap.


The ideal candidate will have experience assisting HR operations in things like onboarding new hires, scheduling interviews with the hiring team, following up with external communication to new candidates and potential hires, and assist the TA manager in anything that is needed that day.


Must have experience scheduling video calls, ideally MS teams, and working heavily with outlook calendars, google calendars, google forms, etc.


Roughly a 3 month contract with opportunity to extend longer for the right candidate.
