Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR INTERNSHIP-

HR Internship-

2023 could be the year for exponential growth for you! You can achieve a lot more remotely and make a mark globally with this HR internship for Cogent IBS. Please note that there is no stipend in this internship, only target-based incentives.

Duration: 4Months(120 days)

Employment Type: Internship (100% Work from home)

Responsibilities:

Work with HR Manager & Resource recruitment department

Conduct Global Recruitment

Live recruitment and staffing assignments

Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, and final feedback

Preliminary rounds, docs collection, and facilitation of further rounds

Requirements:

Available for work remotely

Can start immediately

Available for 4months

Pursuing College/University degrees or recent graduates in a relevant field or possessing relevant skills

Ability to work in US EST/PST zone
