Responsibilities

Create and execute employee development plans. Build the path for employees to grow!

Successfully onboard new employees. Make sure benefit information is complete and understandable.

Build relationships with managers in multiple company locations. Support their HR needs and teach them the process of HR and how it can help them.

Streamline recruiting and hiring process. Make sure the right employees join the team!

Payroll and benefit administration.


Qualifications

3+ years of progressive HR experience.

Willingness to draw hard lines in the sand to drive HR proper practices.

Willingness to use the skills you have built to help advance a quickly growing organization!
