Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

Based in our Lebanon, MO location, the Human Resources Coordinator role will enjoy an array of duties that will broaden your Human Resource skills and competencies. This position will primarily perform administrative duties focusing on data management of employee records, staffing charts, workforce analysis.
AS A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

• Oversee the offboarding process for any departing employees.
• Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
• Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
• Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
• Collaborate with operations leaders on job openings and job bids.
• Be visible and available on the production floor to answer any employee questions or concerns.
• Create and update HR metrics as requested.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Legal work authorization in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with employees at all levels of the facility
• Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to employee and labor relations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to build trust and respect with employees at all levels of the facility
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment that includes employee records management, headcount/staffing chart planning

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Associates Degree in a related field
• Experience with HRIS preferably Oracle and Kronos

SCHEDULE:
The facility works both a 4-day work week and a 5-day work week, depending on the assignment. Our teams work together to ensure their chosen work schedules are supporting our customers. This role will support a 5-day work week with the general working hours of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
