Job Description
Job Summary: An HR Coordinator acts as support for the HR Department by assisting with day-to-day administrative payroll and benefit tasks. Please note that this role is currently remote. It will eventually evolve to an in office or hybrid role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides support and assists with training new employees and other clerical staff in the department as directed
  • Completes written and verbal employment verifications
  • Coordinating employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments
  • Organize, maintain and update employee electric files
  • Coordinate New Hire Onboarding and verify I-9s
  • Verifies payroll updates, prepares information and runs bi-weekly payroll reports
  • Consistently and accurately keys information into payroll and other HRIS systems within allotted timeframe
  • Assist with data entry and reporting using our HRIS system
  • Most importantly, ensure that all stakeholders know they can rely on the Payroll department to treat them respectfully and fairly
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Recognizes sensitive material and information and maintain its confidentiality
Skills And Qualifications
  • Payroll experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle various administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality
  • Previous experience as a HR Administrator or relevant role
Required Education
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field
