Job Description
Our client a growing, an industry leader is ready to hire experienced HR Specialist.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Concentrate on liability management: performance measurement review, referrals to internal EEO Compliance Specialists, employee counseling, policy development and administration, terminations, and securing internal legal input
  • Execute programs to enhance productivity and reduce liability through improved communications & HR practices -handbooks, JD's, performance appraisal systems, employee counseling, comp structure, hiring, terminations, and programs.
  • Perform a variety of functions necessary for the effective management of human resources through all phases of the employee lifecycle, including active employment and separation.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Min 10 years of Human Resources - Employee Relations & LOA Senior or Professional in Human Resources (SPHR/PHR) certification
  • Able to operate at c-suite level
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR
  • Multi-state HR experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%


This is a HYBRID, permanent, full-time position, salary up to $100K, with benefits and perks.
