Project/Sale Operations Manager

4Topps Premium Seating was founded in 2011 as the first mesh stadium seating company in the world, with one goal in mind – to revolutionize the industry with a breathable, comfortable seat that sports fans would love. Twelve years later we have more than 200 customers around the world, and our patented AirFlow Mesh Seat is the standard by which all premium stadium seats are measured.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Become an expert on 4Topps product line and become a student of the stadium seating market and macro-level sports stadium trends. Become proficient in the basics of architecture and design as it pertains to the stadium seating business (WILL TRAIN)

•Manage all permanent seating projects, from sales intake through installation. Responsibilities include, but not limited to (WILL TRAIN):

oGenerating quotes

oManaging 2D architectural drawings process with 3rd party contractor

oManaging construction process documents/processes with company Controller and 3rd party contractor.

oCollecting project details from customer and creating an internal order form for the back-of-house

production ops team.

oCollaborating w/Controller to ensure proper job billing upon completion.

•Manage client relationships during project execution.

•Handle inbound leads to generate new sales, including prospecting current customers.

•Lead weekly internal project status calls to ensure all seating projects are timely and accurate.
