As workers nationwide know that their benefits through their jobs greatly reduce or completely expire when they leave or retire from their jobs, our focus is to educate the working-class individuals that request our benefits through their local unions and organizations.

Experience in our industry is not required as we have industry-leading training and support to provide you the tools to be successful. In 2020, we transitioned to 100% virtual. Our people work from the comfort and safety of their homes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility

- Calling and receiving calls from clients

- Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits

- Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call

- Completing applications for insurance products

- Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to improve throughout your career

- Sell and up sell insurance to new and existing client
