Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Representative with expertise in fasteners for our client's aerospace and defense-focused supply chain technology solutions, you will:
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of fasteners within aerospace and defense to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions that address their requirements.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track fastener-related leads and opportunities, ensuring accurate reporting for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback, contribute to fastener-related product enhancements, and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Develop a deep understanding of our client's fastener-related products and services, staying current on industry trends to position our offerings effectively.
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting activities focused on fastener-related opportunities, using a variety of communication channels.
- Employ a consultative approach to comprehend customer challenges in fastener procurement, aligning our client's offerings to provide innovative and efficient solutions.

- Exceed fastener-related sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall revenue growth and market expansion goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in aerospace and defense, including procurement professionals, supply chain managers, and executives, positioning our client as the preferred partner for fastener technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, capable of independent work and team collaboration.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, communication tools, and software to manage leads, interactions, and reporting.
- Proven track record in inside sales within the aerospace and defense sector, focusing on fasteners.
