Virtual Behavior Specialists ($17-$23/Hour + Fully Remote!)

Job Duties

• Capture detailed progress notes using a tablet/mobile device
• Teach life skills and behavior reduction to individuals with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis strategies
• Manage inappropriate behaviors through the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and support from the clinical team
• Implement individualized programs based on behavioral analysis principles to increase communication, self-help, social, and play skills
• Facilitate interactions with peers, coworkers, and families

Virtual Services Duties

• Assist families with troubleshooting telehealth connection issues
• Conduct session debrief with parents at the end
• Provide high-quality direct sessions via telehealth with clients
• Complete telehealth trainings
• Collect data during telehealth sessions
• Abide by state and federal laws regarding confidentiality

Requirements & Qualifications

• Enjoy working with children and making a difference
• Flexible availability, with high demand from Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm and Saturday 9am-1pm
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum availability of 25 hours per week
• 6+ months of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
