What you will be doing:
You'll be completely responsible for the sales process from finding leads to closing deals
Leveraging sales via different channels: (personal contacts, Email, Cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
Working with your own strategy and schedule
Gaining business knowledge through researching potential clients and targeting leads.
Prospecting for leads
Build strong positive relationships with clients
self-generating and closing individual or team's leads
Come up with and perform different types of sales strategies as well as perform presentations for both clients and management
Targeting new clients, make meetings and plans to set plan, analyze their marketing needs to approach them using
Providing reports on each client and your insight and evaluation on if they are a potential client in the present or future, in terms of declining, a reason for it if possible
Sticking to targets and KPIs
Potentially training in the future other individuals that could help us grow our Sales Team
Communicate with business partners, generate your own leads and follow up with them until deal is closed while following our informational and quality guidelines

Salary:
10% commission on every closed deal + Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses on targets

Job Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in business development
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or related fields. (If not applicable, certified experience in field)
Ability to make your own scripts and objection handling, No training needed.
Knowledge of MS office
Excellent at prospecting and closing sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
B2B Experience is a huge plus
Experience working with the GULF area [Highly preferable]
Experience with other Digital Marketing companies [Highly preferable]
Arabic speaking is a PLUS
