Fully remote Washington state licensed Associate position – bad faith/extra-contractual litigation

Avanti is seeking out a hard-working, highly motivated, and bright lawyer to join the supportive and collaborative team. The position offers invaluable experience with development of every aspect of litigation strategy, client relationships and communication and building rapport with opposing counsels in litigation pursued in Washington and Oregon.

Experience in insurance defense and more specifically, bad faith litigation is a huge plus. That said, the team will provide one-on-one training on all aspects of the job, and has ample resources available to further each team member's growth at a rapidly growing, well-reputed national firm.

This position is full time, remote, and the candidate must be Washington barred. Residence in Washington and/or Oregon is preferred for in-person hearings, but not required.

This litigation requires attention to detail, diligence with deadlines, and responsiveness. Successful candidates will seekout increasing levels of responsibility and possess excellentcommunication skills.
