We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Wellness Sales Manager.
Freemotion Fitness, part of iFIT Health & Fitness, has just completed a brand refresh, debuted a new website, and has laser-focused our talents to create industry-disruptive products that expand our growth trajectory to new heights. We are searching for a Manager of Sales, Corporate Wellness, with the drive to grow revenue, tell the world about Freemotion, and have fun doing it! Travel is expected to be 50%, and compensation is competitive with the market, based on skills and experience.
Compensation will be determined during the interview process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies prospective customers from a variety of sources (trade shows, marketing, business directories, etc.).
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Personally use Freemotion equipment whenever possible to ensure the ability to communicate benefits to others.
- Understands the key facility enhancement our products provide to improve member experience.
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing global sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining global sales system improvements; implementing change.
- Attends designated trade shows, cultivates client relationships, and represents Freemotion in a professional manner.
- Prepares and presents sales proposals to key customers (including price quotations, credit terms, delivery, service, and leasing options).
- Works with Inside Sales Team to provide delivery to customers.
- Develops and maintains relationships with top decision-makers in new and existing corporate wellness and healthcare accounts.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for regions in support of global objectives.
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
- Acquires a detailed understanding of Freemotion products and their benefits to end-users.
- Meets domestic sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures.
- Works with the Customer Care team to ensure client satisfaction and that all information is shared with the company.
- Completes detailed customer profiles and plans.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Regularly communicates sales objectives and results to your manager.
Desired Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience
- BA/BS In related field preferred
- 4 + years of market segment sales experience preferably within the fitness industry.
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
- Successful experience selling fitness equipment to corporations, wellness center management companies, healthcare institutions, and buying groups or similar
- International travel experience and the ability to travel extensively.
- Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership.
- Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency; Google and Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus.
- Successful experience utilizing a CRM (i.e., SalesForce.com) to manage opportunities, sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.
- 8+ years of experience within the market category with an emphasis on solution development and sales.
- Successful experience closing large six and seven-figure opportunities.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Experience providing status reports including market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team.
- Proven experience working within a large company environment.
