Responsible for attracting, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and retaining high-performing Account Managers focused on cross-selling and upselling services to current clients.

2+ years of Sales experience selling HCM Payroll or HR Software solutions is required

Leader, HCM Account Manager ($90K - $100K+, Plus overrides & bonus OTE - $150K - $200K+)

Newly created position due to the growth of the company.

You will spearhead prospecting for new clients and running discovery calls/demos.

Identify and develop new HCM prospects through networking and business development sales activities.

3+ years of experience in a customer services role (consulting, services, support, account management)

4+ years’ experience leading a Technical Support Team, Customer Support Team, or a Functional Systems Team

Strong problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, and analytical skills

Prior experience with HCM or other enterprise software applications

2+ years leading a technical team, software engineering team, or a functional systems team

Ability to generate a sense of urgency and rally appropriate resources

At least 3+ years of project management experience

Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities

PMP or equivalent professional project management certification

Assists management in identifying opportunities for process improvements as well as new opportunities.

Submits Project Evaluations completely and timely and provides management with input for the completion of performance appraisals

Ensures compliance with organization’s quality assurance/risk management standards and guidelines; participates in regular audits and corrective action plans

Understanding of and compliance with established risk management and safety procedures

Ability to lead, manage, direct, and motivate diverse groups of people and possess the skills to delegate, develop and supervise subordinates

Supervises health center staff and manages day-to-day operations for assigned health center providing reproductive healthcare services to patients.

Manages and prepares staffing schedule to operate Health Center efficiently

Manages cash handling activities for health center and enforces cash handling adherence to policy with all team members

Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology, or Project Management.

5+ years of relevant work experience in project management

Experience in workforce management, payroll and HR software a plus.

Experience in Agile project management a plus.

Project management certification (PMP) is preferred

Are excited about the Human Capital Management industry

Maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology (our People Tools), features, and usage

Act as a back up to other Account Managers

Understand accounting and use analytical skills to solve problems

Minimum of 2 years of previous payroll experience

CPP or FPC certification preferred

8 years of management experience in healthcare, business, or managed care environment desired

Strategizes with management on ways to increase patient volume and capacity.

Reports team member concerns and ideas to management

Ensures compliance with organization’s quality assurance/risk management standards and guidelines; participates in regular audits and quality meetings

As a member of management, ensures achievement of agency goals, vision and mission.

Ability to lead, manage, direct, and motivate diverse groups of people and possess the skills to delegate and supervise subordinates

Participate in project closing activitiesKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:

10+ years of project management/program management experience

Strong knowledge of project management tools

Proper scheduling of resources and time management

Execute, monitor, and control the schedule, cost deliverables, risk management and scope to meet or exceed stakeholder and customer expectations.

Create reports and presentations for project status; presents to management and leadership.

10+ years of experience in Human Capital Management

5+ years experience as a Project Manager

Identify risks; develop and manage risk mitigation plans in conjunction with Client team and implementation project manager

Provide status reports and coordinate with implementation project manager on overall status assessment

PMP and/or SHRM Certification Required

Technically savvy and strong hands-on experience and exposure to HCM systems and software (ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, advanced Excel)
