Compensation: $21-$23/hr
- Provide support to preferred clients in a timely and professional manner
- Document client interaction within Ambry systems completely and thoroughly.
- Routinely monitor and audit order statuses, providing executive support and analytical reports to preferred clients and Account Executives
- Respond to incoming requests from the field team in a timely fashion, answering their questions thoroughly or professionally directing them to the appropriate internal resource
- Support all Ambry staff and departments by streamlining outgoing requests
- Maintain follow-up work lists as assigned.
- Work towards mastering an understanding of Ambry products and processes to accurately answer questions, seeking clarification regularly from others to ensure comprehension
- Understand frequently asked questions and responses regarding Ambry products and processes, utilizing resources as needed.
- Possesses a high school degree or equivalent
- College degree is preferred
- A copy of school transcripts or diploma is required for the employee file
- Mathematical Skills- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations- none required.
- Reasoning Ability- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- General- Excellent telephone and communication skills. Capable of excelling within a team environment. Capable of accomplishing workload and additional projects with no supervision. Ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, working knowledge of standard office equipment (printers fax machines, phone systems, office software and internet). Flexibility regarding job assignments.
- Language Skills- Ability to read and interpret documents and Ambry requisitions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively one-on-one, in group settings, with clients and with employees of the organization.
- Previous experience in the customer service field is preferred
- Previous experience in health care or clinical laboratory administration is preferred
