Job Description
Commercial Equities Group, a leading Real Estate Agents and Brokers firm based in Saint Paul, United States, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our dynamic team. Tasks


  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial-related matters
  • Assist with maintaining financial records and documents
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Prepare financial reports and statements


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
