Overview:
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Manager is responsible for managing the human resources of an organization. This includes overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees, as well as managing employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The HCM Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Detailed Job Description:
The HCM Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and management of all employees. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates for hire. The HCM Manager is also responsible for managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts, providing guidance and support, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the HCM Manager is responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems, training and development programs, and other initiatives to ensure the organization’s human capital is effectively managed.What is Hcm Manager Job Skills Required?
