Position Overview
We are in search of a motivated and accomplished Regional Director of Partner Development to champion revenue growth for our dynamic company across the greater Western Massachusetts area, centered around UMass in Worcester, MA. In our lexicon, we view clients as partners, and we are seeking an individual who can adeptly cultivate relationships with both new and existing partners. This role centers on the day-to-day advancement of our partnership with UMass, entailing collaboration with executive leadership, provider clinics, and clinical staff. Expansion also extends to providers affiliated with UMass but not owned by it, presenting further growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Educate and offer product demonstrations to healthcare providers, illuminating the benefits of Brook Remote Care.
Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Exceed sales targets, demonstrating prowess in sales achievement.
Devise and implement innovative sales strategies to attain ambitious targets.
Efficiently manage the sales budget, allocating resources optimally.
Analyze sales data to discern trends and areas for enhancement.
Foster rapport with key clients, nurturing ongoing communication.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, aligning sales efforts with overarching Brook objectives.
Identify nascent business prospects, formulating tailored sales plans.
Cultivate and lead a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in sales leadership.
A proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Proficiency in leadership and team management, evidenced by successful team building and training.
Expertise in managing substantial accounts featuring intricate contracting and execution complexities within healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude.
Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.
Capacity to thrive within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
Background in medical sales.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry.
Proficiency with CRM tools and systems.
