Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiter

Global Rhymes is a national recruiting firm. Our talent sourcing solutions have been deployed by Fortune 100 and over 500 SMB companies over the last decade. We are looking for a highly motivated recruiters who will be responsible for headhunting and placing candidates.

What you will do

• Screen roles and come up with appropriate sourcing/reach out/placement strategy
• Lead internal team meetings to ensure project is moving in right direction
• Understand in depth business model to drum up sales when called for
• Headhunt into companies to find qualified talent
• Communicate project progress with management via. Regular meetings
• Understand the role in depth and be able to communicate with team
• Motivate internal team to excel with project execution
• Lead client meetings to communicate project progress and manage expectations
• Market, screen and submit opportunity to potential candidates
• Approve all sourced candidates & where not qualified filter them out
• Build strong rapport with client to drum up more business
• Build strong relationships with internal sales reps
• Train junior team members
• Research role, client, candidates to be more conversant & knowledgeable

What you need

• Excellent rapport building skills with candidates & clients
• 1+ years sourcing candidates
• 1 -3 years working as a recruiter in an agency setting
• Manage a minimum workload of 20 roles at any time
• Can take business calls/meetings to close business when needed
• Persuasive skills that help in setting client expectations
• Aggressive and does whatever it takes to succeed
• Adept at social media & engaging candidates
• Strong headhunting/calling skills
• Can multi-task with multiple projects
• Organized in work to meet deadlines
