Temporary Recruiting Coordinator

Stride IT is currently seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to fill an important role in the organization by performing several activities throughout the hiring process to enable us to hire top talent while providing a positive candidate experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Post job requisitions to various job boards
• Provide support for University recruiting efforts
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Utilize Greenhouse and Outlook to schedule phone screens and interviews

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners and colleagues at all levels across the organization
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and efficient, with good judgment
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of Recruiting or Administrative experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other standard computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change
