The Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding and training new hires. The Recruiter Coordinator is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources of potential candidates. The Recruiter Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that the recruitment process is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.What is Recruiter Coordinator Job Skills Required?
