Job Description

Our client is a top 10 government contractor with a long list of employer awards. We have placed dozens of people there and they all feel immediately supported and find it has a “family feel” even though it’s a global company of 26K employees.


A typical week will include:

  • Ensuring the successful on-boarding of new hires
  • Troubleshooting various IT related issues
  • Assisting candidates throughout the hiring process by verifying applicant information
  • Coordinating interviews and completing expense reports for travel reimbursements
  • Scheduling phone, in-person, video, and travel interviews
  • Coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
  • Initiating background checks and drug screens
  • Providing support to large team of recruiters
  • Creating, editing, and extending offer letters
  • Learning from various segments of the talent acquisition team to gain experience from experts
  • Drafting job requisitions
