Job Description
Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator
LHH is seeking an experienced Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Access Director at an established non-profit in Oakland, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and dedicated team focused on advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
This temp-to-hire, hybrid role will work on-site in Oakland, CA on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
The Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates, providing support for the Talent Access Director, and assisting with the recruitment process.
The successful candidate has 3-5 years’ dedicated, recent experience in the Sourcing/Recruiting area, specifically in the Non-Profit and Finance industries. LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Talent Access Director to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates for positions ranging from students for the fellowship program to executive level roles
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Other duties, as reasonably assigned
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications
  • Data entry and administrative duties
  • Provide support to the Talent Access Director
Requirements:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search experience required; 1220 Database experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sourcing and recruiting within Non-Profit and Finance industries required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hours: Full time, regular business hours; 1 hour lunch
Job Type: Temp-to-hire, estimated 3-4 months before conversion to FTE
Pay Rate: $31-38/hour, depending on experience
