Responsibilities

he Risk Decision Group of Peraton is seeking to fill a critical role for a Program Management

Analyst. This position is 100% remote.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• May prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.
• Monitors project timeline; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors, and maintains audit files.
• Works on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned
• For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria
• Prepares monthly variance reports with associated footnotes.
• Performs a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager.
• Provided support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its lifecycle.
• Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.
• Coordinates projects; develops system for data collection, reporting criteria and records, research and compiles statistics and data for projects; may assist in writing narratives for reports.
• Identifies, communicates, and resolves risks.
• Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.
• Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years using advanced MS Excel
• 2+ years of experience Program/Project Management
• BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
• Able to obtain and maintain RDG level clearance
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field

Preferred:

• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• SQL skills and experience with programming languages associated with data analytics, including Python and RTableau, Power BI or Business Analyst Certification
• Microsoft Office Suite to include expert Excel knowledge
• Independently determines and develops approach to solutions with attention to detail

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
