Job Description

PMO Analyst


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PMO Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with Project Management Office (PMO) Team by providing essential administrative support and assisting in various project management tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient project operations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the smooth execution of projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Excel Proficiency: Possess strong Excel skills and experience in managing spreadsheets. Update and maintain Excel sheets to track project data, budget information, and other relevant metrics accurately.
  • Recap Communication: Prepare and send regular recaps and progress updates to the team, ensuring that key project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are properly documented and communicated.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the PMO team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain Super Structure: Assist in organizing and maintaining a structured framework for project operations, ensuring that project documentation, files, and processes are properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Budget Management: Understand and familiarize yourself with the project budget. Assist in tracking and monitoring budget allocations, expenses, and financial reports. Previous experience working with budgets ranging from 10 to 15 million dollars is preferred.
  • Collaborate closely with team members: Work closely with the PMO lead, to provide administrative support and facilitate seamless communication between project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining project documentation and records.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, update, and analyze spreadsheets.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, supporting project management activities and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with budget management and experience working with budgets of 10 to 15 million dollars.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
