We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing program requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks, and challenges. Your primary focus will be on supporting Managers to drive programs and projects, collaborating with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify and implement business changes.
As a Program Manager, you will play a vital role in managing programs and projects involving multiple parties and organizations with conflicting agendas and priorities. Your exceptional leadership skills will enable you to lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes. You will also engage with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to effectively communicate project objectives, strategies, tactics, and progress.
Working closely with the budget management office , you will support the VP of Skilling and her leadership team in various people and culture efforts. This will involve initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, enablement programs, training events, townhalls, "ask me anything" events, awards programs, and half-day learning sessions. Additionally, you will contribute to ad hoc business operations activities.
Key Projects:
- Budget management: Overseeing budget-related activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Townhalls and "ask me anything" events: Facilitating these events, alternating twice a year, to engage with employees and address their queries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Strong background in budget management
- Experience in working with senior leadership through effective communication via email or direct interactions.
- Previous work experience in both finance and project management, including town halls and managing enablement programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Availability to work during PST time zone hours.
