Job Description

SciPro has partnered with an industry leading biotech developing antibody-based therapies to fight cancer. Known for developing medicines for patients with unmet needs, they have 3 products commercially approved paired with a vast pipeline of products at various stages of the development cycle. Some of which my client is collaborating with another biotech/ pharma to develop and commercialize the product.


Over the last few months, they have seen tremendous growth and are now they are looking for a Sr. Manager/ Associate Director within Program Management reporting into the Head of the group to oversee their pipeline programs. This is truly an opportunity for high impact with high visibility!


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Business Development Activities
  • Drive the company's Antibody portfolio forward
  • Be and alliance manager for the development programs
  • Work cross functionally with other teams (manufacturing, clinical dev., etc.)
  • Lead meetings with other teams and senior leaders


Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of industry experience w/ 3-4 years leading Programs
  • BS/ MS/ PhD in a scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, Oncology, etc.)
  • Oncology Program Management experience is preferred
