Program Manager (130K-170K)

About the role:

The salary range for this role is between $130,000-$170,000 & fully remote.

You have ideally had experience with running one or more state-level political campaigns, interfacing with donors, packs, and other sources of campaign funding, reviewing or drafting state or federal legislation or policy proposals, hired and managing admin and support teams.

You should be a fast learner who’s ready to learn and dive into the emerging intersection between AI and politics which Ada is innovating.

Your day-to-day:

• Apply operational knowledge and tradecraft to enhance the customer's planning, design, and implementation of a variety of projects
• Consulting and partnering with leaders across all facets of Ada and customer organizations to understand project objectives, initiative benefits, risks, stakeholder dependencies, business priorities, and customer needs to gain consensus and drive toward success criteria.
• Assessing and identifying areas needing improvement in the community bases, working closely to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of interventions.
• Drives excellence in project management, relationship building, negotiating, change management and risk management with the ability to drive toward initiative execution and delivery.
• Contract management and administration to negotiate deliverables, provide monitoring, review of cost reports, and track contract compliance.
• Apply operational knowledge and tradecraft to enhance the customer's planning, design, and implementation of a variety of projects
• Managing projects from definition and statement of work approval through execution and benefit enablement.
• Overseeing the delivery of complex product implementation project(s) supporting strategic initiatives and account roadmap investment.
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative information to provide the customer with comprehensive insights into organizational strengths and challenge areas
• Design and conduct survey research; including sample identification, instrument development, survey distribution, and response analysis

General Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience leading program evaluation activities
• 3+ Years of professional experience as a program manager at a state level or higher
• Experience with political campaigns
