Role Summary: "Prior MSFT (Microsoft) experience is a must - At least two projects in Microsoft "

• Performance indicators - Performance based upon if there are mistakes on roadmap items and if it’s not getting out on time.
• Experience with roadmap items and experience with commercial and enterprise customers.
• This is a manageable amount of work and when there are pressures coming up.
• Like to see program/project manager with writing skills regardless of if its technical or not.
• Also, would like to see experience with Microsoft products & software experience (specifically Microsoft 365 & the cloud).
• 5 -10 years of experience with Microsoft products & software experience (specifically Microsoft 365 & the cloud).
• Would like to see technical writing experience.
• Looking for experience with commercial and enterprise customers.
• Would like to see 3+ years of experience with the cloud.

Top 3 hard skills:

• Excel 5+ years of experience (must write formula) Power BI is a nice to have this this situation
• Project Management/Editorial Skills – 5+ years of experience
• Database knowledge – 5+ years of experience"

Job Requirements:

"The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Education/Experience:

• 2-4 years’ experience required."
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• Interaction level with sponsor/team - High level of interaction with sponsor & colleagues"
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm – This role will consist of 50% editorial writing for product marketing, 25% meetings, and 25% project management
