Description:CRI is searching for a Program Management Office (PMO) Director tolead and oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of the FSA USDS program. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong program management expertise, exceptional leadership skills, great collaboration skills, and a collaborative mindset.This position is currently remote/hybrid in the Annandale, VA area.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Minimum of 10 years experience working in federal government project/program management with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a Program Management Office or similar function.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven analytical skills to analyze project and program strategies such as risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
- In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Candidate must have the ability to obtain a 6C Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
Responsibilities:
- Interface with corporate support staff (i.e., Contracts, subcontracts, HR, Recruiting, Finance, IT, Security).Coordinate corporate resource support.
- Provide guidance on PMO policies and processes. Review and update existing procedures.
- Track contract deliverables.
- Conduct status reviews with the customer and attend all required customer meetings.
- Manage day-to-day activities in the PMO.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer.
- Drive the execution and delivery of programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, executives, department heads, and project sponsors, to understand their needs and priorities.
- Lead and manage the PMO, including the development and implementation of program management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Track project activities to completion
