Pay is based on experience starting at $71,000-$78,000 annually. Full Time, exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities:
The WRAP (Working to Recognize Alternative Possibilities) Program Manager/QMHP is responsible for coordination and supervision of service provision, ensuring program fidelity, and maintaining communication across elementary, junior high and senior high WRAP teams. The Program Manager will spend a majority of their time in the field supporting staff. This position is responsible for providing support to staff and students during crisis events. The Program Manager will be accountable for providing clinical supervision for staff working towards that level of licensure.
Some specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Willingness to work irregular/extra hours, evenings and weekends;
- Working with team members to provide focused training that enhances skills and development;
- Ensuring necessary organizational training is provided and up to date;
- Assisting with hiring and onboarding of new team members;
- Providing effective leadership for managed teams that aligns with the agency strategic plan (including CARF and CCBHC standards) and established performance standards, including directing, training, supervision, service coordination, and service delivery across all WRAP locations;
- Working with center wide team members and community partners to help address and formulate strategies to meet identified service needs, develop and implement needed service and program changes and adaptations, improve and maintain organization operations and quality of services;
- Providing clinical individual/group supervision for team members to ensure coordination of care, quality of care/services, continued performance development, and address needed areas of program improvement;
- Providing regular performance review and evaluations for team member as determined by BNC personnel management policy;
- Meeting/engaging with the service director during team meetings and individual supervision to ensure programs meet state and local regulatory and outcomes requirements, address program operations, and engage in strategic planning, program development, and maintain and optimize quality of services; and
- Addressing the achievement of team and department outcomes and objectives and oversees the continuous improvement of performance;
Qualifications:
Including but not limited to:
- Knowledge of or experience in community mental health;
- For roles requiring QMHP qualification, must be licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Board in Kansas with a reimbursable specialty;
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job; and
- A commitment to developing inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging practices in the workplace and in-service delivery;
- Knowledge of community service programs and resources designed to assist targeted populations of the county;
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with diverse publics;
- Master's degree, with clinical licensure;
- A commitment to working with clients and outside agency community members as partners;
- Knowledge of or experience in primary and secondary school settings;
- Must be able to achieve, within the first 6 months of employment, a working competency in the management and use of the Center's electronic health records (EHR) software as demonstrated by timely and accurate documentation of the clinical record.
Bert Nash Center requires proof of Covid-19 immunization prior to starting any position. Covid-19 vaccine series must be completed or in process to be cleared for new hire orientation.
