People Manager Jobs

This role will play a huge part in helping keep our startup client organized as they continue scaling their team at a rapid pace. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys balancing team building, HR tasks associated with onboarding, some payroll upkeep, and more!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our internal teams to help with events, onboarding, and more
• Learn and grow through feedback cycles, 1-1 conversations, and broader team trainings
• Be an advocate for the brand and mission by developing a deep understanding of their platform, culture, and growth plan
• Gain knowledge of the nonprofit giving and e-commerce enablement spaces
• Communicate with a data-driven approach to internal and external partners
• Maintain our HR and People platforms

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Startups (preferably Series A)
• 3-5 years in a People role with a hunger to join a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with Justworks, Workday, or Gusto
