Job Description
As part of the Dataworks team, you will be developing and managing people operations solutions that are transforming the fabric of FedEx. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Provide counsel and coaching to managers regarding immigration and FedEx Dataworks policies, procedures and processes.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely review of foreign national candidates and employees prior to hiring, job changes or visa extensions.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel, People Team and business leadership to design a program that is aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives and compliant with US regulations.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to develop and continually improve immigration-related processes, policies and communications with the employee's experience as a priority.
  • In partnership with Legal and immigration counsel, create and lead immigration-related trainings for FedEx Dataworks.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to business management and People Team, ensuring the Company’s immigration policy is administered consistently across all business units.
  • Support other programs and processes within People Operations as needed
  • Ensure the Dataworks immigration program delivers an outstanding customer service experience to our internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Work closely with immigration counsel to ensure timely and accurate processing of employment-based immigration filings, including sponsorship of H-1B, F-1, TN and L-1 visas; permanent resident processing; and responses to USCIS requests for evidence.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to identify and administer H-1B CAP registration process.
  • Developing, implementing and sustaining the growth of our FedEx Dataworks immigration program.


Minimum Qualifications:


For People Program Manager Lead:


  • Strong organization, planning, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • 5-7 years directly related experience.
  • Experience working with diverse populations of people in hybrid, remote, and in-person settings.
  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent relative to function.


For People Program Manager Level III:


  • Strong organization, planning, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent, relevant to function.
  • 3-4 years directly related experience.
  • Experience working with diverse populations of people in hybrid, remote, and in-person settings.

Additional InformationColorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, California, Rhode Island and Washington Residents Only - Compensation: Monthly Salary: $8,913.00 - $11,142.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include but are not limited to your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
