About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Director, Global People Partner, to lead our talent strategy and people programs. If you are a skilled people professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is the right place for you. Ideally you have worked successfully within other Saas companies and tech start-ups with an international footprint.
You will lead a Global Team of 4 people and also be the People Partner for our COO organization.
You will engage closely with the COO and senior management to help drive support of the business by delivering various initiatives, people processes and helping them effectively problem solve. Our people will look to your leadership and mentorship in helping achieve career and company growth.
You will be part of a great global HR team, including employee relations, talent & development, total rewards, diversity & inclusion, and talent acquisition. Our people team strives to embody the collaborative, caring and inclusive culture that all employees are passionate about.
Who You’ll Report To
This role reports to our Senior Director, Global People Partners, who is an experienced people manager and works effectively with the VP of People, Global and leaders across the business to design and implement a global people strategy across the company.

This position will afford you an opportunity to scale programs regionally and also influence our broader people strategy.
The Day to Day -
- Align People processes globally
- Become the trusted adviser to the Operations leadership team by driving business outcomes.
- Regularly reviewing reports and insights with the People Team and your executive partners to further refine the people programs and drive positive business results.
- Meet with key leaders to learn more about their organization, their projects/deliverables, and their team structures.
- Partner with people managers at all levels on their growth and development to help them become more effective leaders and managers
- Partner to gain an understand of the team and various areas of the organization
- Understand the global and regional dynamics and communicate business recommendations to your leadership team.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- You display a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize.
