As the People Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with other managers in the business globally to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective

Lead on the various UK and US employee benefit renewals and open enrolment

Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Manage employee benefits programs and communicate updates to the workforce.

Develop and execute performance management programs, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.

Identify training and development needs, coordinating learning opportunities to enhance employees' skills and competencies.

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and onboarding.

Seasoned HR professional with 8+ years HR experience and at least 2 years of people leadership experience.

Superior leadership skills including people and organizational savvy with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and functions.

Excellent interpersonal skills including a proven ability to develop and lead people.

Strong task-orientation and organization management skills with experience running complex, global programs

Plan and sExecute the Performance Management program components and Succession Planning, partnering with your team and other People Team collaborators

Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills; ability to synthesize and present complex insights and recommendations clearly

Partner with regional stakeholders and ensure consistent delivery across regions

Proven track record of juggling multiple work streams while achieving great results

Appropriate balance of subject matter expertise and pragmatism of how to apply theory in a business environment

Prior experience within commercial real estate or event management a plus

Providing direction on employee management (e.g., recruitment of talent, performance management/review, employee engagement & development, etc.)

Working with our team to launch and analyze technology integration, app content management and adoption rates.

A Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Communication/Management a plus)

Reviews various Experience Services reports. Meets with clients and appropriate departments to discuss team successes, challenges, and resolve discrepancies throughout portfolio.

Providing executive team with regular feedback on account status, employee performance and experience initiatives.

Gain knowledge of the nonprofit giving and e-commerce enablement spaces

Previous experience with Justworks, Workday, or Gusto

Previous experience in Startups (preferably Series A)

Previous hotel management experience within other disciplines is highly desired.

A minimum of 2 years of related progressive experience in People/ Human Resources

· Manage the on and off boarding of teammates in our People systems (ADP, etc)

Work closely with the Director of People on strategic People related issues.

Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills

Create and manage employee files and People/Payroll records, ensure all necessary documentation is captured and held in the appropriate places.

Support seasonal People/Payroll programmatic activities such as Benefits open enrollment and year end Payroll preparation.

Comfortable with large data sets and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Strong oral and written communication skills, effectively presenting information and responding to cross-region and cross-functional customer questions

7+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience

At least 2-3 years of human resource management experience.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

Provides support and guidance to management and other team members when people-related questions and issues arise.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems (Namely, JazzHR, etc.)
