Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:


We are looking for an experienced People Success Lead to support our HR operations, programs, and employee engagement for our rapidly growing team in North America and EMEA. You possess outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. You are a self-starter with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You have excellent administrative and technical skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into a problem and fix it with the resources available to you.


You have an “operational” mindset when it comes to solutioning and process development. You have strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of HR programs, HR data and reporting, payroll and employee relationships. You will be a pivotal member of our US People Success team as we grow and scale. You will report to the US People Success Leader, and work closely with the Sr. Manager, People Success, India.



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist the HBRP team, from the execution standpoint in running HR programs globally
  • Own full-cycle new hire onboarding after a hand-off from Talent Acquisition team(background checks, welcome email, I-9 and new hire documentation, orientation facilitation)
  • Create, maintain and own various HR programs and activities for US and overlapping US time zone location- onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, All Hands meetings, holiday and team events, day-one employee orientation, document and data management.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests for US, Canada and US overlapping time zone regions
  • Run various ad-hoc HR or payroll-related reports as requested
  • Lead special projects such as diversity initiatives, cultural initiatives and more as needed
  • Act as primary Point of Contact for new hires joining in the US and Canada location
  • Input and help maintain employee records in payroll, and benefits platforms, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Provide back-up for Office Manager during peak event seasons and time-off
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Thorough understanding of the LOA process and handling LOA requests coming from the employees across different states in the US
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all general employee inquiries related to HR, Payroll, Benefits, ESOPs, Employee Directory. Direct questions to appropriate points of contact.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR, and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance the employee experience and ensure the organization's programs remain competitive and compliant
  • Support US People Success team with performance management processes
  • Should have knowledge of HR compliances, EEO/ADA, FLSA, and need to be on top of these compliances filing with support of HRBP and Trinet



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience managing confidential information with absolute trust and integrity
  • 5+ years’ experience in hands-on benefits and global payroll experience, including knowledge of payroll law & best practices
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Exemplary communication, tactical execution and organizational skills, as well as keen attention to detail
  • Self-starter with proven ability to demonstrate initiative and urgency
  • Proficient in Gmail and GSuite
  • 8+ years of proven experience and practical knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience with Trinet & BambooHR
  • Experience working with business leaders and executives directly
  • Experience working in a growth-stage company
  • Experience in change management facilitation
  • Proven success rolling-out various HR policies & solutions
