Job Description
Dragos is seeking a Sales Operations Analytics Manager to join its mission of safeguarding civilization. This role will be responsible for buildout and transformation of Dragos' enhanced Sales Operation analytics initiatives leveraging Salesforce and Tableau. This person will be tasked with creation and management of these process and project deliverables. As a collaborator with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll work closely with cross-functional sales, sales enablement and Sales Operations and strategy teams to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly/monthly revenue-related sales reporting and pipeline forecasting to drive company enhancement
  • Enhance existing reporting and metrics for sales operations to define performance benchmarks and revenue impact for the business
  • Develop and manage data repositories leveraging Salesforce / Tableau BI dashboards
  • Work with teams across GTM to develop scalable processes that support our conversion funnel, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and other sales activity patterns
  • Collaborate with Dragos internal teams to enhance and build visibility sales data leveraging HubSpot, Salesforce and Tableau BI platforms
Qualifications
  • Experience with the creation and roll out of new data repositories and warehousing
  • 7+ years experience working with Sales data
  • Proficient as user/admin of Salesforce CRM and Tableau
  • Full cycle experience designing and deploying dashboards
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a largely remote team
Compensation
  • Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
  • Salary + Benefits + Equity = $230,000
  • Base Salary: $140,000
  • Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)
